Hi, I’m Cait — the founder of 33 Esthetics. Before stepping into esthetics, I spent years as a certified wellness coach, supporting people through stress, burnout, and emotional overload.
One thing I noticed again and again: how much tension lives in the body, and how rarely it’s truly addressed. As I moved into esthetics, it felt natural to blend these two worlds.
33 Esthetics is a private studio in Longwood, FL offering scalp rituals, custom spray tans, back facials, and intentional skin care. Every service is approached with presence, respect, and attention to how you’re feeling — not just what you’re booking.
